Erik J. Overberger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Ohio University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2000. Mr. Overberger is a member of the Ohio bar and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Overberger is a member of the International Federation of Industrial Property Attorneys, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Cleveland Intellectual Property Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association
